definitely a snappy cookie! i prefer to dunk these in another sort of liquid just to soften them up a little bit (i know they are “snaps” but i prefer a softened cookie!), but they are pretty tasty! they remind me of girl scout savannah smiles without the powdered sugar. that being said, i could use a little more lemon flavor in these cookies, or perhaps a hint of zest. the flavor is nice, but it could definitely be stronger.
