LIVIN' ON THE VEDGE DUMPLINGS

These are one of the best vegetarian dumplings I’ve ever had!

They are also vegan 🌱 friendly filled with a generous portion of mushrooms 🍄, cabbage 🥬, and baby bok choy!! Absolutely delicious 😋! Seasoned perfectly with garlic 🧄, chili crisps, chili 🌶️ peppers, onion 🧅 and peppercorns.
I steamed them on parchment in a pot with steamer insert as instructed and then took a couple of them and airfryed to compare! Both ways very tasty 😋! I did like the toastiness of the airfryed ones a little better!
I accompanied them with a simple veggie noodle dish to make a complete meal!
I love that these are #lowinsodium #lowinfat per serving and a good source of #protein and #fiber.

Very tasty! Not “heathy” flavor or anything they just good dumplings! Lots of crunchy cabbage

and very filling. My stove top is weird so i cooked them but idk if they turned out exactly how they should have. All the same they turned out good and helped me scratch that dumpling itch 🥟 they are expensive but quality so i enjoyed them

Don't be fooled by the cute packaging. I prepared as instructed by boiling but the

filling all fell out. From what I could taste of the filling that remained, they were just okay.

I'm proud to say that I'm officially half way to Club Carrot! Is there Club Half Carrot? 😅 My goal is to reach it by the end of January. 🥕 I'm truly loving this app and how supportive everyone is.
