Made my family an Asian-style dinner: Japchae w/ edamame, grilled bok choy, and veggie dumplings! Everyone enjoyed the meal, but I was disappointed in the presentation of these dumplings. I followed the directions on the packaging to boil them but most of them leaked, so I tried to pan fry them but then they all stuck to the pan and fell apart. Fortunately, the filling was tasty and flavorful! I wouldn’t buy these again because they were a mess for something that’s supposed to be convenient. Oh well, glad we could all still share a yummy meal!
