As a diabetic this is the closest thing to real pasta I have found and

keeps my blood sugar within a normal range. So good with marinara sauce and sooo easy to make! No more soggy zucchini noodles for me!

I found these noodles at Grocery Outlet last month and was intrigued. I love

wheat and rice noodles but have trouble getting full with them so I like to bulk noodle dishes by adding additional veggies and/or “noodle alternatives.” These noodles were easy to add in as they don’t require much preparation. They don’t have as strong of an odor as shirataki noodles but are pretty soft. I wouldn’t recommend eating these on their own as a straight up replacement for noodles (unless you have to avoid noodles for some reason) as they aren’t very satisfying. Okay for bulking up a dish but not something I see myself repurchasing. Glad I was able to try them though.

$4.99 at Grocery Outlet (Box of 6 packs)

As an unapologetic #lazyvegan, I’m always looking to save time in the kitchen. These #noodles

caught my attention on a recent Costco run: they’re already fully cooked and just need to be rinsed and drained. Each packet is large enough to potentially make two meals.
The noodles are thin and delicate — I could see them being used as a stand-in for rice noodles — but they taste and smell slightly of soy, and most importantly, they lack the chewy body that makes udon or pasta so delightful to eat. Although konjac powder is one of the ingredients, there’s no slimy, konnyaku-like texture, so I’d guess that these might be acceptable for people with textural aversions.
So far, I’ve tried them in broth and with a cashew-miso cream sauce (sorry, it looks a mess!) but missed the al dente bite of freshly boiled noodles both times. I definitely see the value in these if you’re minding your carb intake, but for me, the convenience and health benefits don’t justify the diminished experience. Now to figure out what to make with the other 5 bags . . .

These are the soggiest noodles I've ever had, even moreso then accidentally overcooked pasta or

leftover noodles! It crossed my mind it would be that way, with it being packed in water, but I thought they somehow figured out a recipe that overcame that. But it still made a delicious meal with the Victoria Alfredo Sauce with homemade pepperoni. I got this as a 6-pack from Costco's, so I'll be trying out one of the recipes that it comes with in the back. 1 pack is 2 servings (I enjoy 1 serving with a salad), so it is a good deal, but I still think that regular noodles are cheaper. The only real benefit I got out of these noodles is that it saves a few minutes and there's one less pot to clean (no need to boil anything). Everything was prepared in 1 frying pan. #abillionlove
