I love this cheese for quesadillas and grilled cheese. It melts perfectly and has a
good taste. I found it at Aldi's for half the price of the major health food stores.

They smell like a mix of American cheese slices and generic "fake cheese," but taste
pretty good when melted. They also had a decent melt/pull factor when melted on a veggie burger on the grill, so that's promising. They won't look melted but are when you pull at it! Needed to find a replacement for my beloved Miyoko's slices, and so I decided to give these a try first.

This is THE best plant based cheese I have found so far! Makes great grilled
cheese sandwiches and doesn't have the strange flavor I dislike from the Daiyan cheeses.

Really enjoy these on a burger (melted) or as is (non melted), however not
a huge fan when it’s melted plain (like on a bagel with just the cheese). Goes really well with other flavors such as in a burger but not so great melted on it’s own.
