Turmeric infused cauliflower in a bed of lentil dhal with rocket. This was just a little spicy which suits me and helped the rest of the flavours come through - mustard seed, cumin, coriander.
Creamy refreshing and tasty. Just the right amount of natural sweetness. A lovely spot too with the ocean just metres away.
I'm not a huge fan of instant porridge but the combo of flavours makes this quite tasty and the small portion is surprisingly filling. I'm not sure if I will buy again though.
