They smell like a mix of American cheese slices and generic "fake cheese," but taste pretty good when melted. They also had a decent melt/pull factor when melted on a veggie burger on the grill, so that's promising. They won't look melted but are when you pull at it! Needed to find a replacement for my beloved Miyoko's slices, and so I decided to give these a try first.
