I thought I had reviewed this product but I guess not!
Anyway, it is a simple
veggie ground round. Because it is plain on it's own it is good for versatility - you add the flavour you want.
This comes in the frozen section rather than the refrigerated section like Yves does.
This can be added to a vegan lasagna or vegan shepherd's pie or just to thrown in a quick and simple dish.

This goes great with anything. I just dont like the pea-protien isolate since I get
the bloating side effects. But I'm sure that's why it tastes so good. I'd probably opt for seasoned tvp for a healthier option, but this is great every now and then! #veganin2021 #gardein #veganisnotscary

When you want a vegan ground beef this Gardein Beefless Ground is pretty good. It
adds a bit of chewiness to whatever you add it to. I’ve had it in chili and burritos and both were good. #abillionlove #gardein #veganmeat
