A very spot-on vegan equivalent of ground beef!

This has become my favorite brand of veggie crumbles to use over the past couple of years. It's very easy to season these crumbles to your liking, and it's really quick to cook! My family and I have used these crumbles to veganize so many foods: tacos, empanadas, pupusas, tamales, stuffed peppers, and lasagna, to name a few. 

Today I had used it in a homemade ragú for my spaghetti and it really helped complete the sauce! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*🍅:･🍝ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ

The Ultimate Beefless Ground

These are one of the best vegan nuggets on the market! These are tied with the Gardein Chick'n Nuggets as my favorite. The breading is pretty flavorful and crispy and the inside is a nice soft texture (though it may be too soft for those looking for an exact dupe for chicken nuggets).

The bag doesn't specify airfrying instructions, but the website does! MorningStar specifies that you preheat your airfryer to 375° and to airfry for 6-8 minutes per 6-18 nuggets. Any more nuggets call for a cook time of 6-9 minutes. I airfry around 14 nuggets at a time and find that airfrying them at 8 minutes gives them a great crispy outer texture.

They are pretty small though; one nugget is approximately the size of one bottle cap!
