Oh my goodness YES!!!!! I finally found my favorite vegan cheese brand. Don’t even waste

your money on other brands, just go for this one. This pepper jack cheese is a lot spicier than other cheeses I’ve had, but it tastes super real and melts beautifully. Can’t wait to try other flavors! My sister actually turned me onto this brand - she is not vegan (and is a huge cheese lover) and said it’s amazing, so trust us. Also bonus points that the slices are not individually wrapped, which means a lot less plastic! Price: $5 at a local natural grocery store.

I was VERY excited to see these cheeze slices at a local grocery store

only to be really disappointed. The texture didn’t seem right. The taste was off. Didn’t remind me of the vegan pepper jack cheeze slices I’ve had before. They might have been sitting on the shelf for a while because I went back to the store and the staff said that they were sorry that the rest were thrown out and they’re not reordering them. That being said, it was way better when I melted them and made them into a creamy (slightly gummy but it’s ok) queso. I’m just glad I found a way to get my money’s worth because they were not cheap.

I used this to make a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and it melted nicely

on the pan. The taste was really good- a mild sort of spicy kick- but unfortunately the texture was sticky like so many other vegan cheeses. The bread helped cut back on the stickiness but it was still noticable.
Each slice has a lot of fat in it but the slices are on the small and thin side. I had to use three slices to get a nice grilled cheese which adds up calorie wise. The bulk of the calories comes from coconut oil.

I found this on sale at Grocery Outlet for a good deal, but I don't think I would pay full price for this.

It's my first time trying this cheese. It melts well and adds flavor to sandwiches
