I was VERY excited to see these cheeze slices at a local grocery store only to be really disappointed. The texture didn’t seem right. The taste was off. Didn’t remind me of the vegan pepper jack cheeze slices I’ve had before. They might have been sitting on the shelf for a while because I went back to the store and the staff said that they were sorry that the rest were thrown out and they’re not reordering them. That being said, it was way better when I melted them and made them into a creamy (slightly gummy but it’s ok) queso. I’m just glad I found a way to get my money’s worth because they were not cheap.
