Ingredients: #coconut puree (filtered water, coconut cream), virgin coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla flavor, E466. It didn’t whip very well and didn’t taste nice :( Maybe I should have added some sweetener even though it has sugar. 4€ is #expensive. Overall- basic #coconutmilk is better and cheaper. #plasticfree #coconutcream #whippingcream Found in #maxima
i bought this #coconutcream thinking it would be great for coffee but it's a little thick too froth. the flavor is great. I have a feeling it would be great for a whipped topping for dessert. i am definitely #teamcoconut but the coconut flavor is natural and not overwhelming. it's definitely creamy & #crueltyfree i checked out there website and it's a #100percentplantbased #familyowned and #womenowned business. https://www.naturescharmveganproducts.com/about purchased at vegan stall #83 at the testaccio market. if you are ever in Rome, it's worth a visit. She has so much packed into a very small space. If you can't find something, ask. many products, including cleaning supplies, are sold in bulk and you are welcome to bring your own bags/containers.
I used this whipping cream to make the “mascarpone” for this vegan tiramisu! The tiramisu turned out delicious, even though it didn’t quite have the classic flavours (didn’t put enough coffee, damnit!). This whipping cream was a bit weird, it didn’t whip up very well and started to separate. At first we were worried because it was really liquidy. But once it was put in the fridge for a while it seemed to set and turned out relatively creamy. So overall, it did work, although I don’t totally trust it.
I have been eyeing this for a long time, wondering how this differs from regular coconut cream. My curiosity got the better of me and I bought it. It’s not cheap… Aaaaand, it’s just coconut cream 😅 Not even the better tasting one so I was quite disappointed. I didn’t even beat it long enough probably, I gave up sort of half way when I tasted it, and I didn’t like it… I loved all their other products so far, but this is a no for me.
