I used this whipping cream to make the āmascarponeā for this vegan tiramisu! The tiramisu turned out delicious, even though it didnāt quite have the classic flavours (didnāt put enough coffee, damnit!). This whipping cream was a bit weird, it didnāt whip up very well and started to separate. At first we were worried because it was really liquidy. But once it was put in the fridge for a while it seemed to set and turned out relatively creamy. So overall, it did work, although I donāt totally trust it.
