First time at this outlet! Wanted to try their chicken rice but it was sold out for the day! So I tried their signature chicken noodles instead. Beancurd skin was crispy and delicious. Good size portion. Not much vegetable. Serves with a bowl of soup on the side. Good price for the location! Would return! Price: $7.50
This was so delicious! Slurpy noodles in a tasty sauce with a mild mala flavour. Level of spiciness can be adjusted to your liking.
Taste was good with two types of mock chicken in it. Roast chicken made of beancurd skin and chicken cutlet (maybe soy derived). Noodles were springy and delicious in their mixing sauce.
招牌酱爆鸡拌面 Springy thin noodles topped with steamed yuba beancurd skin 'chicken', drenched in housemade sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. 🍜🍗 I have no idea what the sauce was made of - a secret recipe I guess 👨🍳📝 - but it was ridiculously delicious with savoury, sweet, sour, and spicy notes!
