Yong tau fu in tasty soupy curry with just the right level of spiciness for me.
I had it with beehoon (vermicelli). Can be had with yellow noodles or brown rice too.
Beehoon is fried until crispy with thick gravy over vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, etc.
Ask for the eggless version to veganise it.

The spring rolls in this refreshing bowl of vermicelli with fresh greens were made-to-order so they were nice, warm and crispy when I had them.
Remember to ask the staff not ro add fish sauce in the bowl of sauce to veganise it.
