招牌酱爆鸡拌面 Springy thin noodles topped with steamed yuba beancurd skin 'chicken', drenched in housemade sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. 🍜🍗 I have no idea what the sauce was made of - a secret recipe I guess 👨‍🍳📝 - but it was ridiculously delicious with savoury, sweet, sour, and spicy notes! Btw a new outlet of Kale by Kang Su Vegetarian just opened recently on 9th Mar 2024 at Midpoint Orchard! 🎉 That outlet has specials such as Housemade Youg Tau Foo, Chee Chong Fun, etc. Menus at all Kale and/or Kang Su outlets are fully vegan except for coffee w dairy. 🌱
