Ahimsa is fast becoming my favorite restaurant in Singapore. I gulped this down within minutes, the almond mylk is a perfect match with the earthy flavour of beetroot.
Beetroot latte with a hint of vanilla. 🩷 Such a pretty pink cup especially with the latte art! Beetroot is a great superfood and not something I often consume, so I was happy to see this in the menu. Ahimsa is unbeatable indeed in terms of offering healthy food and beverages hehe. 🌸 This is beetroot oat mylk, with a tinge of vanilla. I actually don't recall much of a vanilla taste, but it was still not a bad drink to have if you like pink 😬
