Not my favourite one, good nutrient but a bit tough and a bit tasteless. Good if you don't want to cook or don't have time

A softed tofu, good to marinate and easy to be found
My favourite way to cook it is scrumbled in a pan with a bit of oil and soy sauce

Obviously nothing like mozzarella on pizza, i'm italian and i can't lie, but a good alternative to the pizza with only the vegetables on

Perfect to eat it melted on bread or sliced and added to some pasta in the hoven.

The same taste of steak, even for my parents who are omnivores. If you eat plant-based but you miss the taste of steak, you have to buy it.
Obviously, it's not a great source of nutrient, so that's not good to eat so often.

That's a easy and fast way to do a toast or a piadina when you don't want to cook

A good source of protein, i like to eat It with some fresh fruit in the morning, but not my favourite flavour

Obviously not enough for a whole day, but i appreciate there's also vitamin d and calcium; that's a good source of protein too

Really good taste, one of my favourite oatmilk and perfect to drink during the day even file feom the fridge
