Texture was very close to lean ground ‘beef’ with ground turkey. It weirded us both out at first and then we discussed that it would hold up great if we had a Vegan BBQ to show our non-Vegan friends what delicious food we can eat! Highly recommend!

🇬🇧 The packaging claiming “vegetarian” is bit of a tricky: some products like this often
have milk/egg white/yolk powder as ingredients, but this is not the case because paying attention you’ll notice that’s actually vegan (jeez this is so annoying).
Well, I absolutely have no bad things to say about these burgers: if you like very true meat replicas, you won’t be disappointed because they’re so similar to meat patties they’ll almost blow you out, especially talking about texture - taste is not properly the same but I’m happy about that for I’m no longer used to meat copycats, only have every now and then but if you’re into that kind of stuff you’re gonna love them.
🇮🇹 Che fastidio quando leggo sulle confezioni la dicitura “vegetariano”, poiché ormai so che se è vero per molti prodotti - che spesso contengono latte/albume/tuorlo in polvere - non lo è necessariamente per tutti, e infatti questo è uno di quei casi poiché si tratta di un prodotto vegan (che fastidio perdere sempre tempo a leggere gli ingredienti).
Non ho assolutamente appunti negativi su questi burger: a chi piacciono le riproduzioni particolarmente fedeli della carne non dispiaceranno affatto, la somiglianza è impressionante specialmente per quanto riguarda aspetto e consistenza - meno per il gusto, ma questo per me è un punto a favore perché non sono più abituata a mangiare alternative troppo fedeli ma chi invece le ricerca sarà ampiamente soddisfatto.
