This consisted of Lan Zhou broth made with a traditional Chinese medicine formula of 13 medicinal herbs and spices that create a "Fiery Wind" to combat the "Damp Cold" that the cold wet weather sometimes brings, fresh rice noodles, tofu pillows, daikon, yu choy, green onions, cilantro, and chili oil.
