Shrimp and Chive Dumpling Cakes

Everything is vegan! As they point out, “Fake meat saves lives!” These were as delicious as they look! The steamed and grilled rice cakes are filled with garlic chives and “shrimp” with a chili soy dipping sauce. Yummy! And the owners are wonderful and caring people!
