Baked Penne (Vegan)

Good quality tomato base with spinach, aubergines & other mixed veggies!

It was the best baked pasta dish ever tried in real food. Highly recommended all

to go there for their food cos almost all of their food taste superb! 👍

Not so much a fan of this one. It tasted very healthy. More of a

stew with pasta in it than a pasta dish. I was kind of expecting a layer of vegan cheese on it like "baked rice", since it's called "Baked Penne". It also was surprisingly spicy, mainly due to peppers. Others might like it though!

I ordered the vegan version of the baked penne. It smelled amazing, like fresh tomatoes.

I was mildly disappointed that they didn't add any vegan cheese because the original version of it contained cheese. The size of the bowl was smaller than expected too. But it was good pasta.

Felt like this wasn't baked because the only vegan cheese they have is Parmesan and

not the kind that melts, plus this was a takeaway order (unsure what the presentation is like for dine-in). But still not bad! I liked how the tomato sauce wasn't too sour / sweet / one-dimensional because they used quite a lot of herbs.

The food was good! However, the name is very deceptive - I thought it would

be “baked” but it was just a penne arabiatta! Overall, a cute cafe worth visiting!

Pasta was cooked well. Al dente. Overall quite a delightful dish
