Baked Penne (Vegan) at Real Food — Joseph's Review (Jan 7, 2023)

Not so much a fan of this one. It tasted very healthy. More of a stew with pasta in it than a pasta dish. I was kind of expecting a layer of vegan cheese on it like "baked rice", since it's called "Baked Penne". It also was surprisingly spicy, mainly due to peppers. Others might like it though!
