Baked Penne (Vegan) at Real Food — Ho Qian Yu's Review (May 3, 2020)

Felt like this wasn't baked because the only vegan cheese they have is Parmesan and not the kind that melts, plus this was a takeaway order (unsure what the presentation is like for dine-in). But still not bad! I liked how the tomato sauce wasn't too sour / sweet / one-dimensional because they used quite a lot of herbs.
