🍛I'm not a fan of bak kwa (since young), but it's hard to overlook a fried rice dish during CNY (maybe it's just me!) 🥰I exceptionally love the texture of the dish. There's like a crispy/ crunchy element everywhere. Rice was cjiak cjiak (save me, I don't know how to express this in any other way), cabbage was crunchy and juicy. ㊗️The tamago, bak kwa and floss added the CNY prosperity vibes~ 😆Really good base for other fried rice flavours! #veganbowl #vegancny #whatveganseat #veganinsingapore #sgvegan #sgfoodie #sgfood

Fragrant fried rice featuring a generous serving of toppings — chewy #andso bak kwa (among the most impressive vegan bak kwa in the market to date), #onlyeg tamagoyaki cubes, diced konjac 'prawns', crunchy shredded carrot and cabbage, as well as mushroom 'meat floss' as toppings. 🥓🍳🍤🥕 Great balance of sweetness and savouriness, with a fragrant smoky scent! Also appreciated that this was a healthier take on fried rice using firm brown rice grains and without being drenched in too much oil. 🍚 Chinese New Year special available till end Feb 2025! 🧧 (Allium-free, $13.90) #sgvegan #womenowned #alliumfree #vegancny #chinesenewyear
