1/2 brown rice and 1/2 shredded kale with broccoli, silken tofu, tempeh, long beans and

chilli flakes.

Daily Cut is more expensive than other salad places out there but I love that I can choose brown rice as my base (need my carbs!) and the ingredients are so fresh and yummy on its own. E.g. their broccoli is roasted (?) and is slightly charred and crunchy, which is delicious and doesn’t need any seasoning or dressing, compared to other salad places where it’s just plain steamed (and sometimes mushy) broccoli.

I also like their dressing options! I dislike olive oil and anything creamy when it comes to salad dressings and they have a chilli sauce dressing which is not creamy and very Asian-y

Brown rice, broccoli, silken tofu and roasted potatoes topped with garlic chips 💯 Essentially an

“atas cai fan”! Daily Cut has very yummy and fresh ingredients but a bit pricey to have every day...

I picked a bunch of healthy options that sounded good including sautéed eggplant, broccoli, leeks

& onions (my favorite part of the dish), Moroccan tofu and peanuts served on a bed of brown rice. The brown rice had a lemony taste and was delicious and I’d go back just for the leeks & onions. Everything else was just ok. A good fix for $10 but not worth the line!

The Sichuan tofu was a bit too spicy for me. But overall good selection of

veggies and protein. #veganuary
