This is my wife’s favourite. We’ve had charcoal noodles before but never so thick and

chewy, which is how she likes them.


Interesting to say the least.
It was a good serve size if you’re getting the 8

course set.
All the flavour was in the broth/soup. Not bad but also not great. Honestly the tagliatelle was quite thick (like it was fat?) and that made me enjoy it a little less.
I didnMt love the addition of cauliflower and broccoli in it but in all honesty the flavour they get in the brother/soup was magnificent.
I feel there is room to improve the dish.
Hopefully better to come soon.

this was delicious! pasta was thick and chewy in a pleasant way, and the seasoning

was unique. this was a little pricey though, but good to have once in awhile. #abillionturns3


Main dish of the 4-course meal. Love the springy charcoal noodles and mushroom. Ended up

sharing this dish cos the noodles is quite dense


Noodles seem to be made in-house, had decent wok hei and a lot of flavor

from the garlic and onions. Mushroom was seared till smoky.


This is actl my second time having this, I love it XD. very flavourful sauce,

not too oily or salty, and rly thicc and chewy noodles (not for everyone). Love the various kinds of shrooms too. But I read that you shouldn’t eat
charcoal w food cos it also detoxifies the nutrients 😬


My favorite dish from this restaurant. The pasta is cooked al dente, exactly how I

like it! Wild mushrooms are seasoned just nice. Must try if you are planing to dine at this restaurant.


I would recommend that everyone tries this dish at least once but it’s not something

I would buy again. It’s really not bad, just not something I’d pay to eat outside. I did think it was pretty light which was good but other than that nothing stood out to me. I will say thought that the brown chunk of mushroom (i think) is very difficult to cut/bite into. It would be nice if they cut them into smaller pieces.


It look very presentable, overall tasted good.
I think the charcoal tagliatelle is very unique.
