Spicy Bai-Ye Tofu with Cucumber Strips

Amazing good stiff. Always love the baiye beancurd shreds to shreds

First time trying this dish and it was an interesting experience. I liked how it was presented but the taste was so-so. It's beancurd skin in the shape of noodles dipped in a medium spicy sauce. #veganisnotscary

I liked eating this with the tea tree mushroom dish. Complements it well.

This is basically soy strips and shredded cucumber mixed with a spicy, numbing chilli concoction. It is a bit greasy but the level of spiciness is just nice for me.

Spicy beancurd skin strips (almost like noodles but nope they are not!) with cucumber in a not so spicy sauce. I've had a few variations of these at different places and this one was not bad, but not my favourite dish out of all the rest that we had 😅#sichuan #spicy
