Spicy Bai-Ye Tofu with Cucumber Strips at Old Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine — Rebecca Tay's Review (Jan 4, 2019)

This is basically soy strips and shredded cucumber mixed with a spicy, numbing chilli concoction. It is a bit greasy but the level of spiciness is just nice for me.
