Taste a bit weird with very dry lentils but i liked the sweet sauce .
It’s a novel concoction for me really but i felt that it was nutritious enough after climbing outdoors

Korean sweet sauce on it. The flavours came together nicely but it was a bit heavy and sweet for one person so best to share #veganuary
other reviews, but I actually thought it was okay. The lentils helped tone the sweetness down, and the flavour was pretty unique for veg murtabak. The dry and crumbled dal (lentils) in crispy prata also reminded me just a little bit of a dal kachori, haha.
I’ve marked it down for nutrition because it’s hard to ever call oily prata nutritious, but I really appreciate that it’s a bit more protein-packed than the typical veg murtabak because of the dal! That made it quite filling as well.
Mine didn’t come with mayo and I’m not sure if it’s because they ran out, but I didn’t miss it. I think mayo would make it too heavy.
kind of interesting and complement the prata really well. The mushroom (and lentils?) filling is good too. Would be perfect if it’s less oily. So happy to have vegan options at a prata place!! I’m going to try their ‘impossible’ meat version next! Heh
the west side of singapore - it’s was alright! flavorful and soulful🥘
options, it’s amazing!
will only eat once in a while. I'm happy that springleaf prata has vegan options!
