Whoa I've never had a #murtabak like this before! The combination of #veganmayo, something approximating to #gochujang, and a vegetable #dhal/ #curry on the side meant this was at once creamy, #spicy, and #sweettooth friendly. Incredible right? 😋
#lentils and #mushroom provided the protein, but in fact I actually thought this #hotmess would have been even better with some fake meat in it 😅 I would also have approved of upping the spice counter by a notch or three. But that's just me 😅 The batter was so crispy that I couldn't possibly disapprove - #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊
