Review of Magic Meatless Murtabak at Rm Springleaf Prata Place by vishakha

I was afraid it might be too sweet from the Korean sauce based on the other reviews, but I actually thought it was okay. The lentils helped tone the sweetness down, and the flavour was pretty unique for veg murtabak. The dry and crumbled dal (lentils) in crispy prata also reminded me just a little bit of a dal kachori, haha.

I’ve marked it down for nutrition because it’s hard to ever call oily prata nutritious, but I really appreciate that it’s a bit more protein-packed than the typical veg murtabak because of the dal! That made it quite filling as well.

Mine didn’t come with mayo and I’m not sure if it’s because they ran out, but I didn’t miss it. I think mayo would make it too heavy.
