Rendang with lion mane mushroom

The Rendang is both spicy and flavourful. The lionmane mushrooms are chewy and juicy and really give that meaty texture so many people are looking for. Would definitely recommend this dish to both first timers and frequent customers at Suissi!

Oh my… Several people had recommended this dish to me, and it did not disappoint. The flavours were so rich and deep, the mushroom texture is meaty beyond belief and incredibly decadent. It tastes absolutely delicious… I want to try everything on the menu at Suissi but it’ll be reaaally hard to not immediately order this again the next time I’m there 🦁🍄

Wow, serious flavours and meaty textures. I do prefer a ‘saucier’ rather than ‘pastier’ curry but still delish
