Review of Rendang with lion mane mushroom at Suissi Vegan Asian Kitchen by katelouisepowell

Oh my… Several people had recommended this dish to me, and it did not disappoint. The flavours were so rich and deep, the mushroom texture is meaty beyond belief and incredibly decadent. It tastes absolutely delicious… I want to try everything on the menu at Suissi but it’ll be reaaally hard to not immediately order this again the next time I’m there 🦁🍄
