Middle Eastern Avocado Toast

The combination of textures were great! From crispy chickpeas, mushy avo, juicy pomegranate and chewy

(yes chewy) seeds. I liked the flare this avo toast had.

The vegan option comes with chickpeas vs the eggs and it’s so delicious!

I think it was a $21 platter and best viewed from afar; the gal brought

home #leftovers for her mom, yay! 🤢 She couldn't get past the #spicy aspect and her mom on the sheer volume of #onions on a soggy #toast sufficient to fend off a community of draculas, not to mention the extra brushing routine after the first lick 🤮 but that's on me

I hardly order avo toast outside because I make them at home all the time

but this version is anything but basic. Get a protein double (yummy) whammy with the tangy cumin lime roasted chickpeas and smokey chipotle hummus!

Was kind of surprised at the lack of vegan options on their breakfast menu so

went for the avocado toast which sounded interesting. Had dukkah seasoning and pistachios on top which definitely made it more than just your ordinary avocado toast.

Note: this place is not dog friendly even though they have an outdoor area. Fido wasn’t happy 🤨

When we go here for breakfast we pretty much get everything vegan which is this

avocado toast, the plant power plate and the croissant. I love avocado toast and this definitely fits the bill and is a bit different than what I’ve found at most restaurants. Love the seasoning and chickpeas!

I absolutely love #prive because they have so many vegan dishes, and this #avocadotoast is

satisfactory. It isn’t the best I’ve had ever, but gets the job done!

Really interesting with the chickpeas on it.
The bread had great texture, easy to cut and

chew which is paramount! Avo was smooth, well seasoned.
I enjoyed the salad on the side. Only thing I didn’t love was the chickpeas. It was hard and crunchy, like it was fried. I didn’t love that. But still was yummy.

Still thinking about this combo!!! Had it as a last minute brunch option and I

have zero regrets! A good change from the usual toast. It was super filling and lasted me all day. Toast was thicccc and was the perfect texture. Good flavour too! Only area of improvement- the salad dressing could have been a little lighter #veganin2020
