Usually topped with poached eggs, the vegan version of this toast came with cumin-lime spiced roasted chickpeas. Loved how crunchy and aromatic the chickpeas were (kinda like kacang putih ahaha). The bread also came slathered in chipotle-cumin hummus, stacked with a generous amount of creamy avocado, as well as sprinkled in pumpkin seed dukkah and chilli flakes. 🍞🥑🧆🌶️ Served with a salad mix of mesclun leaves, cherry tomatoes, and pomegranate seeds. 🥗 Pricey but it was wholesome and delicious!
