I had eaten a third of it when I remembered to take a picture so

don't go by the messy visual because THIS WAS SO DARN GOOD! This salad is now, officially, my favourite thing to eat at Privé. The portion is super good and flavour wise it's so diverse–like a party in your mouth! To get a carb loading glut like me to fall in love with a salad is a HUGE feat. Big ups!

The photo might say it all, this salad is stunning 😍

The list of ingredients is

extremely long, too long to detail here, it's just full of fresh and delicious vegetables.

Looking at it on the menu, it looked a little expense ($20) but to be fair the size of the salad is huge and you will feel satiated afterwards.

I paired it with the garlic bread for an amazing lunch.

Love a whole heap of salad full of variety. The vegetables are fresh and crisp.

Pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and crispy strips give a wholesome texture in the mouth. The dressing fully coats the salad without being drenched. Good job on this!

Don’t know who Tracy is and why this is her favourite salad but after tasting

it I can see why she approves 🤪 At $18 for a small bowl with HEFTY portions, I was pleasantly plump after finishing it. You can also choose a Big bowl at $27 on the menu.

It’s packed with baby spinach, kale, mesclun, broccoli, purple cabbage, avocado, hummus, quinoa, goji berries, black beans, roasted peppers, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, corn, pickles, pomegranate, jalapeño, cashew, garlic chips, edamame, pumpkin, pumpkin seed dukkah, chilli-chimichurri dressing. I usually avoid getting salads when out because the prices are daylight robbery, but this one is definitely worth the splurge 👌🏽 #veganin2020

$18! was really excited for this but it kind of fell short of my expectations.

there was honestly too much raw leaves HAHHAHA it was so difficult to mix everything together and honestly I gave up and decided to just eat all the leaves on their own first before eating the actual salad? because it was really hard to eat it with all the leaves, and when I do it’ll just taste.. raw. but aside from all of that, it was actually a pretty decent and hearty salad! quite filling with the quinoa, hummus and avocado. when I mixed it all up it basically tasted like hummus with some light citrus vinaigrette. the veggies were quite fresh though, but the broccoli a little hard. I loved the pomegranate seeds, like little pockets of surprise HAHAHA there was also this really crunchy biscuits in there together with the seeds that was a nice texture change! overall it was alright, wasn’t super mind blowing to me. for the price point I’ll rather get saladstop:”” #veganisnotscary

My first meal of 2021 is amazing! I am so pleased with the variety of

flavors
It has ingredients which are savory, sweet, tangy, etc. Always impressed with Prive's salad menu. I added an avocado and Heura chicken for 4SGD each. #veganuary

I got Tracy's favourite salad(which also happens to be my favourite) for takeaway and they

forgot the hummus 😥. The bed of the salad had so many leaves this time that once I mixed it all together I felt like I was eating largely an arugula & spinach salad with not enough dressing to go around.

This deserved 1 star for missing almost half the ingredients listed!

MISSING: Baby spinach, mesclun,

Quinoa, goji berries, cucumber, olives, pickles, cashew, garlic chips, pumpkin.

I sent the plate back, and what came back was just A FEW cashew nuts, and some garlic chips scattered on the plate. Annoyed, I brought the plate back to the waitress again, and only then was the rest of the ingredients added, although it was still missing the cucumber. The waitress came to me afterward (first sign of some proactiveness) and asked me whether anything was missing (shouldn’t this check be done at the kitchen??). And so, we went through the menu and found the cucumbers missing. She then brought a small bowl of raw chopped cucumbers.

So yes, I did have all ingredients on the plate in the end, but they were all at room tempt, neither cold nor hot. Not to say, I was already irked by then. Customer service was pathetic throughout, not a single word of apology throughout. The waitress on duty looked clueless and clearly inadequately trained on basic customer service.

I have had the same dish at different Prive outlets previously and I have mentioned in two of my previous reviews that the salads (from different outlets) tend to miss out some ingredients but this was by far my worst experience.

Tip for all: Please check against the menu if you ever order this salad! Preferably not at this outlet too.

Listed ingredients: Baby spinach, kale, mesclun, broccoli, purple cabbage, avocado, hummus, quinoa, goji berries, black beans, roasted peppers, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, corn, pickles, pomegranate, jalapeño, cashew, garlic chips, edamame, pumpkin, pumpkin seed dukkah, chilli-chimichurri dressing
