Mint Chip Ice Cream

I love mint chip ice cream! It's a perfect after-meal flavor. Crepe and Spoon's version is very minty! It reminded me of an Andes mint. This was really refreshing on a hot afternoon. Crepe and Spoon is closing down permanently at the end of the summer 😔, so fo support them while you can! It's nice Reverie has a crepe special each weekend for brunch, but it's sad to lose such a unique vegan place! Stopped by Crepe & Spoon for a sweet treat and I was not disappointed. The mint chip ice cream took be back to my non-vegan days with the taste being exactly as I remembered. They had approx 12 various flavors to offer. I got the 1 scoop in a cup and it was $6.

My favorite flavor of ice cream- veganized! I feel like this flavor was hard to find once I went vegan so this was a pleasant surprise!
