⚠️ October 1st is that last day Crepe and Spoon is open! So head over there today!! (3pm-9pm) This subtle flavor is a good one for spring and summer. It's a bit soapy for me, but I bet it would be great with another flavor as well. It's nice and light, so it's a great dessert for after dinner. I'll definitely be sad to see Crepe and Spoon go. It's so unique. I haven't had anything like this before! The base of this ice cream is spiced orange with a cranberry jam swirl. Although it was a very hot night, I enjoyed this flavor that would also be at home in the cooler temps. The orange was really refreshing without being too acidic or sweet like some fruity ice creams can be. The subtle spices like cinnamon make it really unique. October 1st is the last operating day for Crepe and Spoon, so they have a few winter flavors out like this and peppermint so that you can get your fix still. This reuben crepe was a fun thing to see on the menu! It had soy curls, 1000 island dressing, sauerkraut, and dill feta. It's nice that they always have a couple savory options. The last time I had a savory option, there was a really weird taste to it. I think it might have been because I had it to go. Something about the travel time made it really gross. Having this fresh was the right choice. The sauerkraut is a nice addition. Continuing my summer of banana cream with a crepe from Crepe and Spoon! This was a nice sweet option! I've actually only tried the savory crepes here so far, so this was a nice change. The bananas are fresh and the crepes come hot off the skillet. I do wish there was more cream. It seems to have just melted because I couldn't really see any, although it was sweet, so it must be there. I believe this crepe was $9. I love mint chip ice cream! It's a perfect after-meal flavor. Crepe and Spoon's version is very minty! It reminded me of an Andes mint. This was really refreshing on a hot afternoon. Crepe and Spoon is closing down permanently at the end of the summer 😔, so fo support them while you can! It's nice Reverie has a crepe special each weekend for brunch, but it's sad to lose such a unique vegan place! This was a near perfect ice cream flavor! I was worried it'd be too sweet. The only experience I've had with ube is the TJ's ube pancake mix, and that was just a bit too sweet. This was perfect and mellow. The flavor was so smooth and subtle, and the color is so pretty. I tried this as it was their offering for the 2022 Vegan Chef Challenge. What a delicious crepe! It’s savory, with a light sweetness, and it just blew me away. It became a new favorite immediately.

All vegan restaurant! I like the chewy taco just like memories of childhood. Plenty of chocolate! Stayed together well/ not too melty. Hope to try other flavors! Price is only thing preventing me from going back tomorrow, but with a small spot and hard working staff it makes sense :)

Another Vegan Chef Challenge entry! This crepe is filled with chorizo, queso fresco, roasted corn, peppers, and some kind of delicious sauce. It has some heat to it and really delicious chorizo seasoning. The sauce was really flavorful and creamy and I liked the hint of sweetness from the corn. The queso fresco was just a bit dry and kind of chalky for me. As much as I loved the idea of the street-food style presentation, it just wasn't practical to eat. I wish I was given a plate so I could really get all the ingredients in one bite. A fork was definitely used. This crepe is $14. Stopped by Crepe & Spoon for a sweet treat and I was not disappointed. The mint chip ice cream took be back to my non-vegan days with the taste being exactly as I remembered. They had approx 12 various flavors to offer. I got the 1 scoop in a cup and it was $6.
