This was a near perfect ice cream flavor! I was worried it'd be too sweet. The only experience I've had with ube is the TJ's ube pancake mix, and that was just a bit too sweet. This was perfect and mellow. The flavor was so smooth and subtle, and the color is so pretty. It was a perfect treat and would pair well with just about any other flavor I think.
