The texture of this was p mindblowing - exactly like 咖啡排骨 (sticky coffee pork ribs)

at zichar places! Crispy on the outside and kinda strip-like on the inside, with a lovely sticky sauce glaze. Thought this dish was just genius and 10/10 for innovation 💪🏻 Great for sharing!

The vegan version of coffee spare ribs. Love the sweetness of the coffee when you

bite into this springy nugget. Delicious.

I find it intriguing how the coffee aroma comes through, and doesn't diminish into the

syrup. There's a appropriate level of sweetness that's not overbearing~ nice to chew, and the almond flakes are a great addition for texture. #abillionlove

First time trying this too and no regrets!! The sauce was also slightly sweet and

savoury with a hint of coffee taste! The nuggets was also still slightly crispy on the side which makes it super yummy!

Crispy mock meat slathered in a sweet, savoury and mildly bitter coffee sauce with crunchy

almonds. I've had the real deal and this is almost as good.
