The texture of this was p mindblowing - exactly like 咖啡排骨 (sticky coffee pork ribs) at zichar places! Crispy on the outside and kinda strip-like on the inside, with a lovely sticky sauce glaze. Thought this dish was just genius and 10/10 for innovation 💪🏻 Great for sharing!
