This was my first time trying celeriac and it was phenomenal! The texture was

smooth but firm, almost like a baked potato but more delicious and buttery. The fried mushrooms were delicious as well and the baked kale was yummy.

like their other dishes i tried this was an amazing combination of textures and flavors!

healthy food at its best

The hay salt wasn’t very discernible (is it just me?), and the onion purée tasted

like mashed boiled carrots/radish & chinese herbs (smth like danggui). It would have been nice if the tempura shimeiji batter had more salt or flavour to it, as it tasted a lil’ too overwhelmingly of baking soda whoopsies. The charred kale was really crisp & tasted like yummy seaweed, and every bite also came with a mini explosion of what is probably olive oil xD

The celeriac was nice! Never tried it before. Tasted a bit like a mix between

jackfruit and potato. The onion purée was great! Wish there were just a bit more purée. The kale was crunchy. Like a salad that levelled up.

It looks like a bunch of rocks, but tasted better. The celeriac is tender and

goes well with the slightly tangy onion purée. Loved the tempura shimeji, and the wild rice added a lovely crunch.

I only liked the kale crisps thang. Like what my friend said, it's like yummy

seaweed 😂
