Review of Hay salt baked celeriac, onion purée, veggie jus, charred kale, tempura shimeji chunk, puffed wild rice, shaved shiitake at HRVST Cafe & Bar by sonya

The celeriac was nice! Never tried it before. Tasted a bit like a mix between jackfruit and potato. The onion purée was great! Wish there were just a bit more purée. The kale was crunchy. Like a salad that levelled up.
