forget to take pictures! Their sides, soups and ramen are also good, but I usually only go there for the sushi! The portions and the umami-ness really hits the spot!

definetialy try Herbivore. It is vegetarian/vegan restaurant and the menu clearly indicates which products contain dairy (they not use egg in any dish), which is very convenient for vegans. I did not asked about option of veganizing any vegetarian dish because there are huge amount of options available. Definetialy will come back to try other dishes!
the wait. The mushrooms are fantastic, juicy, well seasoned and grilled. Compliments very well with the sushi rice, cucumber and nori. And the vegan mayo is special! Texture is thicker than usual and a little custard-y
