Chewy, umami, and smoky grilled shiitake mushrooms, topped with a dollop of vegan mayonnaise! The rice rolls also came with cold crunchy cucumber and creamy avocado. Liked the contrast in textures and appreciated that this sushi didn't rely on mock meat~ (Allium-free, $15) #sgvegan #japanese #sushi
