Chubby chilled udon noodles topped with shredded seaweed. Came with a bottle of savoury shoyu

broth as well as additional condiments such as minced ginger, sesame seeds, shichimi pepper flakes, wakame kelp powder, and salted matcha powder (!!!) to adjust the taste of the udon and tempura to our liking. Served with the same battered tempura set as that in the Tendon Teishoku - konjac snowflake squid, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, French beans, and carrot slices. The tempura was light and airy; not greasy. Slurp-worthy, customisable, and definitely my favourite main in this new menu! P.S. This is a new main as part of the Greendot One Raffles Place x Veg-An collab menu Wazen! (Allium-free, $12.90) #sgvegan

Wow! This was really very delicious! This dish consists of chewy udon noodles topped with

wakame kelp and shredded seaweed. Served with a chilled savoury broth, alongside with grated ginger, sesame seeds and shichimi pepper flakes. The tempura was fried to perfection. Good range of tempura - French beans, carrots, enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. Would totally return! This is part of their Wazen menu and it’s a collaboration with Veg-An.

I really enjoyed this - nice springy udon noodles paired with a savoury umami dipping

sauce, as well as lightly battered vegetable tempura (shitake and enoki mushrooms, carrots, long beans) as well as a couple slices of vegan squid. Hope this expands to and is made available at other outlets!

This was good. Udon chewy, yummy with the tempura. Mentsuyu (udon soup base) served separately

in a bottle, used it for dipping tempura as well and it was not too salty, just right and tasty. The tempura platter was big with mushrooms, fake squid and veg. Grated ginger to be placed in the sauce was too little.

The collaboration japanese set meal on greendot. The udon tasted quite nice but the sauce

for dipping is in bottle for presentation sake. The tempura were good. The matcha powder beside was out of place though.
I added chili padi to it making it more localish feel.
