Wow! This was really very delicious! This dish consists of chewy udon noodles topped with wakame kelp and shredded seaweed. Served with a chilled savoury broth, alongside with grated ginger, sesame seeds and shichimi pepper flakes. The tempura was fried to perfection. Good range of tempura - French beans, carrots, enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. Would totally return! This is part of their Wazen menu and it’s a collaboration with Veg-An.
