Tender cauliflower florets lightly battered and coated in a spicy zingy sauce along with bits

of tricolour bell pepper, kind of similar to Chinese sweet and sour sauce since this is an Indo-Chinese fusion dish. Flavourful and addictive! Would recommend the Cauliflower Manchurian for those who prefer a softer texture, and the Mushroom Manchurian for those who prefer a chewy texture. (Allium-free, $7.90) #sgvegan #minorityowned

My first #gobimanchurian and prolly the last. This was done #alliumfree which explains how I got a chance to taste it though sweet (no spicy) on crunchy #cauliflower really isn't my thing. But that's just me 🙊
