Wow!!! Literally nobody would ever notice that this „Kaiserschmarrn“ is vegan! It was just perfect,
even better than any non-vegan-Kaiserschmarrn I‘ve ever had. My favorite dessert ever.

#Kaiserschmarren is basically a torn up thick #pancake 🥞 This perfect vegan Kaiserschmarren begins with a fluffy pancake-like batter made from a blend of flour, plant-based milk, and a touch of baking powder. It's cooked until golden brown and then torn into bite-sized pieces. Sweetened with a touch of #maplesyrup, it's flavored with #vanilla and a hint of lemon zest. There were also #raisins inside but you can order without! What made this a standout Kaiserschmarren was the fact that each piece was #caramelized! This made is crunchy outside and fluffy inside. Literally perfect. Served with a dusting of powdered sugar and a dollop of apple compote delightful, indulgent treat. #sweettooth
